Terms and Conditions
Vibetronic start working after DP payment made. The DP is 50% of the project. After the project finished, the remaining payment should be sent by client, and will due within 30 days.
WIP will be sent to inform our progress. Client can ask for revision. Maximum revision are 2x for each item commissioned. Revision can only be done within 1 month after client receiving preview file.
Client own the license to use the audio in the project mentioned in the beginning of commission, the derivative material for the project (trailers, commercial video, etc) and sequels. But not allowed to resell or publish the audio as audio item, unless there’s deal beforehand.
Revised and unaccepted tracks owned by Vibetronic.
Vibetronic may post the audio in the social medias with the client’s approval.
If there’s no deal about music distribution, Vibetronic are allowed to release soundtrack album to any audio streaming platform, and retain 100% revenue.
